Welcome to NHOME. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit www.nhome.es, create an account, place an order, request a quote, apply for professional or retail partner access, or purchase products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. OUR MARKET

NHOME mainly sells to customers in Spain and Europe. We may also offer international shipping to selected destinations worldwide, depending on the product, size, weight, supplier availability and delivery address.

3. PRODUCTS

We sell furniture, home products, bathrooms, sanitary products, tiles, ceramics, lighting, kitchens, construction materials, doors, windows, outdoor products, decoration and other home-related products.

Product images, colours, dimensions, materials and finishes are shown as accurately as possible, but small variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, natural materials, production batches or supplier updates.

4. PRICES

All prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on how the product or customer type is displayed on the website. Any applicable VAT, taxes, shipping costs or additional charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before order completion where possible.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors or stock errors before accepting or processing an order.

5. ORDERS

An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or begin processing it.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not always mean that the product is in stock or that the order has been fully accepted. If there is an issue with stock, price, delivery or product availability, we will contact you.

6. STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

Some products are in stock, while others may be pre-order, supplier-stock, imported, made-to-order or special-order items.

Availability can change quickly. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we may offer an alternative product, a later delivery date or a refund.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout or agreed with NHOME in writing.

For some orders, especially large items, furniture packages, professional orders, wholesale orders, custom orders or imported products, full or partial payment may be required before processing, ordering from suppliers or starting production.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times depend on the product, stock status, supplier, destination and transport method.

Our main delivery market is Spain and Europe. International deliveries outside Europe may be possible on request.

Large furniture, fragile products, tiles, ceramics, doors, windows, construction materials and oversized items may require special transport, scheduled delivery or additional delivery charges.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by supplier delays, transport delays, customs, holidays, weather, access limitations or other circumstances outside our control.

9. CUSTOMER DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details, contact information and access information.

For large or heavy deliveries, the customer must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that the product can physically enter through doors, stairs, lifts, hallways or other access points.

Additional costs may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect information, lack of access, missed appointments or customer absence.

10. DAMAGE ON DELIVERY

You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.

If the product or packaging is visibly damaged, this should be noted on the delivery document before signing.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@nhome.es with photos of the product, packaging and delivery label.

11. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For eligible consumer purchases made online within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To request a return, contact admin@nhome.es within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect or damaged on arrival.

12. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Cut-to-order products
  • Special-order products
  • Products ordered specifically from a supplier for the customer
  • Installed, assembled, used or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items where legally permitted
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or product-specific reasons once opened or used

This may include certain furniture, kitchens, worktops, tiles, flooring, wall panels, wallpaper, sanitary products, lighting, mattresses, textiles, construction materials and similar products, depending on the case.

13. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.

Original delivery costs may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

We may reduce the refund if the product has been used, damaged, installed, assembled, handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or returned without original packaging.

14. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at info@nhome.es with your order number, photos and a clear explanation.

For products covered by EU consumer law, customers have legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Depending on the case, we may offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.

15. LEGAL GUARANTEE

Consumers in Spain have a legal guarantee of 3 years for new goods. For other EU countries, the minimum legal guarantee is normally 2 years, unless local law gives stronger protection.

This legal guarantee applies when goods are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, modifications, unsuitable use or installation by third parties.

Commercial manufacturer warranties, if available, are separate from the legal guarantee.

16. INSTALLATION AND MEASUREMENTS

Unless clearly stated in writing, products sold on www.nhome.es do not include installation, assembly, measurement service, technical inspection or site preparation.

The customer is responsible for checking measurements, compatibility, access, technical requirements and installation conditions before ordering.

NHOME is not responsible for incorrect measurements, unsuitable installation conditions or third-party installation errors unless NHOME has expressly agreed in writing to provide those services.

17. PROFESSIONALS, TRADE AND RETAIL PARTNERS

NHOME may offer special conditions to builders, architects, interior designers, developers, project companies, retail stores, showrooms, resellers and distributors.

Professional, trade, wholesale or retail partner access is subject to approval.

Different prices, payment terms, return conditions, minimum order quantities, lead times and commercial terms may apply to B2B, professional, wholesale or retail partner orders.

18. B2B ORDERS

For business customers, professional customers, wholesale customers and retail partners, certain consumer rights may not apply in the same way as for private consumers.

B2B orders, special orders, bulk orders, imported orders and made-to-order products may be non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed, paid, ordered or put into production.

19. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Discount codes, sale prices and promotions are valid only during the stated period and subject to availability.

Promotions cannot usually be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

Discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

20. ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You must provide accurate and updated information. NHOME is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect account, billing or delivery information.

21. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, copy content without permission, or use the website for illegal or harmful purposes.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, design, product descriptions and branding, belongs to NHOME or its suppliers/licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NHOME is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, business interruption, project delays, installation costs, third-party labour costs or other consequential losses, unless required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU consumer law.

24. FORCE MAJEURE

NHOME is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transport disruption, customs delays, strikes, accidents, weather, natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions or technical failures.

25. PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in those policies.

26. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

27. DISPUTES

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@nhome.es so we can try to resolve the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be submitted to the competent courts or consumer authorities according to applicable Spanish and EU law.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
