LEGAL AND ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE
All influencer collaborations must follow applicable advertising, consumer protection and platform rules.
Sponsored content, gifted products, affiliate links, discount codes or any commercial collaboration must be clearly disclosed to the audience.
Disclosures should be visible, clear and easy to understand, using labels such as "advertisement", "sponsored", "paid partnership" or similar wording required by the platform or local law.
Disclosures must not be hidden, unclear or placed only at the end of long text where users may not see them.
Creators are responsible for complying with the rules that apply in their country and on the platforms they use.
PRODUCTS AND SAFETY
Creators must not make false, exaggerated or misleading claims about NHOME products.
Technical, safety, installation, durability, guarantee, delivery or performance claims must be approved by NHOME before publication.
Products should be shown and used in a responsible way, according to their intended purpose.
USAGE RIGHTS
By collaborating with NHOME, creators may grant NHOME permission to use approved collaboration content for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, email marketing, advertising and other brand channels.
The exact usage rights, duration and conditions may be agreed individually before the collaboration starts.
