REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Please note that orders are processed quickly, and in some cases, cancellation may not be possible once processing has started. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may not be accepted for return or refund.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@nhome.es with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please ensure your order number is clearly included inside or outside the return package.

REFUNDS

After receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow 7–14 business days after inspection for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been completed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at admin@nhome.es with clear details and images (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
