Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General
NHOME Gift Cards are digital gift cards that can be redeemed exclusively at www.nhome.es for eligible products available on our website.
By purchasing, receiving or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Purchase & Delivery
Gift Cards are delivered electronically by email.
Please ensure the recipient's email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
Gift Cards are normally delivered shortly after payment has been successfully processed.
NHOME is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters or technical issues beyond our control.

1. Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed only on www.nhome.es.
The Gift Card balance can be used towards the purchase of any eligible product unless otherwise stated.
If your order exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of our accepted payment methods.
If your purchase is less than the available Gift Card balance, any remaining balance will stay on the card for future purchases until the expiry date.

1. Validity
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless a different validity period is stated at the time of purchase.
Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, reactivated or redeemed.

1. Refunds
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.
If an order purchased wholly or partly using a Gift Card is refunded, the refunded amount will be credited back to a Gift Card or store credit where permitted by law and our Returns Policy.

1. Lost, Stolen or Misused Gift Cards
Gift Cards should be treated like cash.
NHOME is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, damaged or unauthorised use of Gift Cards and cannot guarantee replacement except where required by law.

1. Restrictions
Gift Cards:
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be re-sold without our written permission;
cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card (if applicable);
may not be used for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

1. Fraud
NHOME reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any Gift Card if fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected.

1. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NHOME shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. Changes to these Terms
NHOME may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of use will apply.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under European Union law.
